The Details
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories). Standard shipping is sent via a carrier of our choice (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and usually arrives within 5–7 business days for addresses in the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories generally takes 7–14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include federal holidays.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, any issues (lost packages, delivery delays, etc.) must be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address will not be automatically re-shipped; additional shipping charges may apply for any necessary re-delivery.
