Refund policy

Our goal at Cornbread Creek is for you to be satisfied with your order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us at custsvc@cornbreadcreek.com or use our Contact Us page within 30 days of placing your order.  If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us within 2 business days, use our Contact Us page as sometimes email gets screened to junk.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your order date to initiate a return.  We will provide a prepaid return shipping label that must be used for all returns.  Customers should not use their own shipping method, as returns sent without our provided label may not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer service team immediately with photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number so we can get a replacement to you quickly.  

Refund Method

If a refund is necessary, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.  We do not process cash refunds.  If the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer alternatives, including equivalent store credit which can be used toward any future purchase in our store.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because all products are made-to-order, if you need to change something, please contact us immediately.  It is much easier to change the order before production starts.  Once production begins, the order will be processed and treated as a return.

To protect us and our customers from fraud and to ensure fair access to our return program, we reserve the right to inspect all returned items and to flag accounts with unusually high return rates or deny future returns from customers who have abused the return policy.  We like good neighbors, and we don't want a few rotten apples to spoil the whole bunch.
